  • Daily walks in local area covering a minimum distance of a mile depending on physical ability.
  • Daily jog alone or with another member from your household.
  • Core exercises consisting of press-ups, sit-ups, plank with minimum of 10 reps on each exercise.
  • Daily vitamin D intake preferably via natural sunlight or suitable supplements. Multivitamins, omega 3 capsules, cod liver oil.
  • Balanced/ varied diet low in fats and sugars and high vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
  • Try to get a decent amount of sleep overnight consisting of approximately 7-9 hours each night.
