Kristie Wilson serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at InPower Academy CIC , With a rich background in youth justice and community engagement, Kristie brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to fostering positive change. Role and Responsibilities: As COO, Kristie oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that our programs run smoothly and effectively. Her responsibilities include: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the reach and impact of our martial arts-based interventions. Program Management: Overseeing the design, execution, and evaluation of our programs to ensure they meet the needs of the youth we serve. Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring our dedicated team of instructors and support staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Community Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote our mission and expand our impact. Background: Kristie's career is marked by her dedication to youth empowerment and community service. She has previously worked with Walsall Youth Justice, where she played a pivotal role in supporting at-risk youth. Additionally, she has successfully managed Northampton youth clubs, creating safe and nurturing spaces for young people to thrive. Her experience as a pastoral lead further underscores her commitment to holistic youth development, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
